MEET THE BAKER

Pastry Chef Anita Rodriguez is a self-taught baker, taking a cake decorating course in 2009 and working at a bakery when she discovered her passion for cake decorating. Anita’s inspirations and creations stem from collaboration with her clients and, of course, practice, practice, practice. With the help of her husband, they began creating fondant custom cakes for family and friends, and sooner than later, word spread around. Now Sophie’s Cakes & Pastries’, named after her daughter, has created custom orders for Bad Bunny, Grupo Firme, and many more! Our creations are your wishes.
